Issue

On the Toshiba External Hard Drives, if a Password is set on a Backup set, the Hint that comes up after the third failed password will be the password and not the hint.

When a new backup set is being made, a "Password protection & encryption option" window will allow the customer to put in a Password and Hint for the password, along with encrypting the backup.

For example the password might be "Smith" and the Hint field could be "Mom's maiden name?"

What should happen is when the customer is trying to restore the backup with the password of "Smith" and he fails to put in the password correctly, after the third attempt, it should give the Hint of "Mom's maiden name?". Instead the Hint is showing the password. In this example, the Hint would show "Smith" and not "Mom's maiden name"

On the product and UPC labels, the descriptor “Gen 2” is next to the product part number so it will distinguish from the old version.  For example, PH3100U-1EXB (Gen 2) and PH3200U-1EXB (Gen 2).

Two patches have been created for this issue. One patch is for the first generation of Toshiba External Hard Drive, Backupsoftware1615p and the other patch backupsoftware1610p is for the second generation of Toshiba Ext Hard Drives
